It is a simple two-step process if you have a Farrow-to-Finish operation registered within the PigCHAMP program. Within the Grow-Finish Module, use the Transfer Retained Gilts event. Once that has been entered, switch to the Reproductive Module and use the Receive Shipment of Retained Gilts event. Just remember to select the appropriate farm from the Registered Farms list in both modules.
If you receive retained gilts from a farm that is not within your PigCHAMP subscription, the source farm can create an export file using the Transfer Retained Gilts event. The farm can provide you with the file and you can upload the shipment file using the Receive Shipment of Retained Gilts event on the Reproductive side of the PigCHAMP program.
