Socket Error #11004 basically means you can't connect to the appropriate place to make the program work. Socket Error #11004 can appear in conjunction with email setup, emailing reports from PigCHAMP or licensing using the Send/Receive button.
If it is email related, make sure the email server name is correct and that there is no space following the server name in the email setup.
If it is Send/Receive related, your firewall is probably blocking the program or port needed to deliver the licensing information. In order for Send/Receive to work, you may have to allow communication through the firewall. It is attempting to access ftp.pigchamp.com on port 21. |  |
