The computer that runs PigCHAMP Mobile Manager upgraded to Windows 10 and now it won't sync with the handheld unit. What can I do?
Answer
Windows 10 firewall has closed off the port that is used by Mobile Manager to communicate with the handheld unit. Either turn off the Windows 10 firewall or use this procedure to open the port: Allow Ports.docx
