I process reports for several farms - each wanting their own specific reports. I get confused looking through the long list of reports each week and am looking for an easy way to group each manager's specific reports. It has been suggested that I establish a reporting group, but I'm not sure what that is or how to create one. Can you help?
Answer
Report groups provide a more efficient way to select the reports you need to process on a regular basis. You will notice three default report groups shown in the Reports Tree. These default groups are Action Lists, Weekly, and Quarterly. To view the reports in each group, you can click on the plus (+) sign in front of the report group. The list will expand, showing the available reports.

In your case, we would recommend that you establish a report group for each individual farm. This will allow you to select that specific report group each time you need to process a report for that farm. This will cut down on your time because you will not have to search through the long list of reports, wondering which one they need.
