I noticed that at the bottom of the PigCHAMP data entry screen, there is a place for the sow’s history to auto-populate; however, it is not auto-populating on my screen. What am I doing wrong?
Answer
In order for the sow’s history to show, you must activate the function. To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Settings in the toolbar.
2. From the dropdown menu, click on Preferences. The Preferences for “USER” will appear
3. There are nine different categories: Sign-On Security, Importing Farm Data, Farm Identification, Female Age, Data Entry Settings, Report Settings, Language, Date Formats, SPI & BVSP
4. Highlight Data Entry Settings
5. In the Sow History section, click on the checkbox in front of “Automatically Refresh Sow History”, placing a checkmark in the box. If this is not checked, the user will still be able to view history on an as needed basis by clicking on the history (notebook) icon on all data entry screens
6. Click on Apply
7. Click on OK

NOTE: You can also view the history of an identity by clicking on the "notebook" icon next to the Identity field in Data Entry.
