I created a new user account for myself in PigCHAMP. Now when I sign in using it instead of the sysadmin user name and password, I do not have access to all areas of the program. What is going on?
Answer
Some areas of PigCHAMP are only accessible through the SYSADMIN account. To gain access to these areas, you must be signed in to PigCHAMP as the System Administrator.

You can also check your User Account Permissions to make sure you have full access to non-SYSADMIN related functions. When your user account was created, you may not have been granted permission to some areas of the program. If you set up the user account, log out and sign back into the program using the SYSADMIN Account, then check the preferences you established for your user account. Make sure you grant yourself with the proper permissions. If someone else created your user account, have them double check your permissions for you and provide you with the proper access needed.
