I want to track the quality of work being done by our farm employees – how many matings are they responsible for, what is the farrowing rate for the sows they AI’d, how many piglets were born form the sows that the employees AI’d, etc. Is there a report in PigCHAMP that can provide this analysis for me?

There certainly is! You could generate this information many different ways; however there are two very simple reports that will do the analysis for you in just a few easy steps. Take a look at the attached document Operator Analysis.doc for more information regarding the reports.
