 | | Screen Missing Parts | | | Question | | | Sometimes when I try to use my PigCHAMP program, there are some items that are missing from the screen like the OK button. Specifically, the registration screen does not display the OK button and the filters will not set up correctly on reports. What can I do to fix this? | | Answer | It may be that your computer is not set correctly to display the screens. Try the following in Windows XP:
1. Right click on Desktop – choose Properties
2. Click on the Settings tab
3. Click on Advanced
4. Under the General tab – the DPI Settings MUST be on NORMAL size for the screens to work in Care 3000
5. Click Apply
