Unable to Access Database at HDM
On the mobile device, you may receive the error "Unable to Access Database at HDM. Please check database settings (port, firewall access, etc.)".

This means that the mobile device cannot connect to the database for some reason. The following document describes what needs to be done to fix this issue: Unable to access database at HDM.doc
