| Enterprise Clients Cannot Connect to Server | | Question | | I installed my PigCHAMP Enterprise server and clients, but now the clients can't connect to the server. What can I do to fix this? | Answer | If the clients can't connect to the server, there are three things to check:
1. Server does not have a static IP address / client is not using correct IP or computer name address to access. => Verify that the server has a static IP port, and the clients are using the correct address to connect. 2. Firewall is blocking access for port 6000. => Check firewall settings or temporarily turn off firewall to determine if this is the problem. 3. PCLMS service is not started. => Go services and verify that PCLMS has started. Manually start if necessary.
