When trying to import a pcf4 file, it fails with the error "Sorry but you cannot import this PigCHAMP Farm Data file".
First check:
If you are importing from a different computer, are they both on the same version and build of PigCHAMP software? (You can find this info under Help > About in the PigCHAMP main window.)
Are you an administrator on Windows account?
Are you logging onto PigCHAMP as SYSADMIN?
If Enterprise, are you on the server computer or if you are trying to import from a client computer, is the shared directory setup up correctly?
If these are true, then it’s probably a permissions issue on your computer.
Procedure to change log on account (must be on server if Enterprise):
Close out of PigCHAMP.
From desktop, go to: Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
Right click on SQL Server (PIGCHAMPDATA) and choose Properties.
Click on the Log On tab.
Click on the Local System Account Radio button.
Click Apply and then OK.
Try again to import pcf file.
