PigCHAMP allows you to backup or restore the database from a client computer.
Backing up the database can and should be done regularly. Then, if you have a problem with your computer, your data is saved in the current backup file.
Be very careful of using the restore function. It will overwrite all the current data in your Care 3000 program with the data in the backup file. Use this with extreme care! Usually the restore function will only be used under the direction of PigCHAMP Technical Support.
