First, perform a synchronization between the handheld(s) and the mobile manager if you can, to prevent data loss. If you don’t do a synchronization there is a possibility of PigCHAMP data loss.
If you try to charge your HP handheld and it won’t charge try reseating the battery. Next, pull the battery out of the handheld, look for any dust or dirt and, if needed, use a can of air to blow it off, and then put the battery back into the device. Plug in to the charger and see if it takes a charge.
The battery is located on the back of the HP iPAQ. Press the battery latch on the battery cover, which is located near the bottom of the handheld. Slide the cover down and away from the HP iPAQ. You will see the battery once the cover is removed.
